Who we are

Healthy Pops LLP, E-18, Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Delhi 110034, India. We make and sell roasted lotus seed (makhana) snacks. For this website, Healthy Pops LLP is the Data Fiduciary, which means we decide how your personal data is used.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form or a product enquiry form, we collect:

• your name and email address
• your phone number, if you choose to give it
• your message, and the product you asked about
• the date and time you sent it, your IP address, and a record that you gave consent

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any sensitive information through this website. Please do not include them in your message.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and follow up on it, including sharing prices, product details or distribution information you asked for.
• To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.

We use your details only for these purposes. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you separately ask us to.

Your consent

We process enquiry details on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the email address below. Services that help run the website

• Google reCAPTCHA checks that forms are sent by a person and not a bot. It collects information about your device and how you use the page, which Google processes under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Google Translate powers the language selector. If you use it, the page text is sent to Google for translation.
• Hosting and email providers store the website and deliver your enquiry to our inbox. They only process data on our instructions.

Children
